Die Kunst der Edelbranderzeugung besteht darin, das sortentypische Aroma, den Geschmack – ja mehr noch: das eigentliche Wesen der Frucht ins Destillat übergehen zu lassen. Ein echter Obstbrand ist somit die hochkonzentrierte Essenz einer Vielzahl an Früchten. Hätten sie gedacht, dass wir für die Erzeugung von nur einem Liter unserer „Finest Tropical Fruit Spirits“ bis zu 50 kg Obst verarbeiten?
Art of distillation The quintessence. The perfection. What makes distillation an art is to capture and transport the aroma, the flavor and – more than this: the very soul of the fruit to the spirit substrate. A true fruit spirit is the highly concentrated essence of a great amount of fruit. Try to imagine: To produce one litre of our Finest Tropical Fruit Spirit we have to process up to 50 kg of fresh fruit.
