Clay Lifflander P’14, ’16 Clay Lifflander is Chairman of Hudson River Capital Partners, LLC, which invests in healthcare companies. From 1996 to 2012 he was President of Millbrook Capital Management, which ran private equity and hedge fund investments. Before that, he served as President of the New York City Economic Development Corporation under Mayor Rudolph Giuliani. Locally, Clay was on the Board of the Hudson River Museum for over 10 years in leadership roles, including treasurer and head of the finance committee. He also served as a trustee of the Village of Dobbs Ferry. Clay earned both his B.A. and M.B.A. from Cornell University. As Chair of the Board’s Building Committee, Clay oversaw the planning, financing and construction of the Maureen Fonseca Center for Athletics and Arts. He and his wife, Susan, live in Dobbs Ferry. Their daughter, Olivia ’14, and son, Hudson ’16, both attend Cornell University.

Tracy Tang Limpe ’80, P’18 Tracy Tang Limpe joined the Board of Trustees in 1999. She was elected Vice Chair in 2007 and Board Chair in 2009. Tracy is retired from a 19-­‐year career in book publishing. She is currently a director of two privately held companies: KOAH, Inc. and Avero LLC. She serves on the Leadership Council of the Women’s Impact Network at Duke University, where she is a past member of the Trinity College Board of Visitors. Tracy graduated from Duke University (A.B.) and New York University (M.B.A.) and lives in Greenwich, CT with her husband, Stephen, and their two daughters, Emily and Alexandra ’18.
