A great sense of grandeur has been achieved in the living spaces of the home, with raked ceilings adding to the overall sense of space and openness. Built with the family in mind, the addition of a rumpus sets this home apart from others in its field, allowing for the functionalities of everyday living, without compromising on space and style. The final award win went to The Brook Project, which claimed top spot in the Individual Home from $1.25 million up to $2 million category.
