LET’S LIFT UP OUR COMMUNITY We are partnering with our local food pantry, LIFT-UP, to help those in need in our community for the full month of September.

LIFT-UP provides food to those in need, whether due to economic or medical hardships, the COVID-19 pandemic, or natural disasters like the Grizzly Creek fire. LIFT-UP manages multiple programs providing humanitarian essentials*, including two Extended Tables (soup kitchens), Meal Monkey (student lunch program in RE-2 school district) and the newly re-opened LIFT-UP Rifle Thrift Store. In addition, they’ve worked with local resources to take the Farm to Food Pantry program to new heights, stimulating our economy with the purchase of f resh produce and beef f rom local farmers and ranchers while bringing healthier and fresh food choices to those in need. *Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, food distribution has moved from their seven brick & mortar food pantries to drive-through distribution sites from Aspen to DeBeque. LIFT-UP is serving over 400 families weekly (3 times the normal need) throughout the valley and I-70 corridor. Please join us in supporting LIFT-UP and our community in need.
