Grade School (K-8) Registration
GRADE SCHOOL SUMMER COURSES HOW TO REGISTER
1. Please complete the Summer Grade School Registration Form
Complete a separate form for each student (photocopies of registration forms are acceptable). Students should register for the grade in which they will enter in the
Fall of 2022. Unless a student needs a review of the course. 2. Send the completed registration form and full tuition payment to:

Only cash/checks are acceptable forms of payment (NO credit cards, money orders). Please make checks payable to Maryknoll School. Out of state and country students must provide a current TB clearance (signed by a U.S. doctor), prior to the first day of summer school. Students will not be admitted to summer school without proper medical clearance. International students must show proof of vaccination or negative test within 48 hours of the first day of program. More information will be provided to international students once registration form is received. 3. Grade Level Pods
Students in grades 1-8 will be registering for classes based on our new pod schedule. Each grade level will have an Academic POD (Math/Language arts) and an
Exploratory POD (Science, Robotics, Sports, Technology). Exploratory POD subject matter will vary by grade level. Each POD schedule is a four hour block. Students can register for only ONE grade level POD. 4. Registration Deadline
Deadline for registration in the Maryknoll Grade School Summer Program is April 29, 2022. Early registration is recommended as these programs fill quickly.
Registration is done on a first-come, first-served basis. Maryknoll School reserves the right to cancel a course if there is insufficient enrollment. Confirmation of a student’s class schedule will be mailed home by May 18, 2022. (Students who register after April 29, 2022, will be charged a late fee of $40.00 per student, and will be registered on space available basis only). 5. Changes in Registration
Any change in a student’s summer registration after April 29, 2022, will incur a $40 administration fee. This fee will only be waived if the change in registration is initiated by Maryknoll School, or any of its faculty and/or staff, with the final approval of the coordinator. 6. Withdraw and Refund Policy
For students who withdraw on or before April 29, 2022, 50% of program costs, per program, per student is non-refundable. No tuition refund will be given for withdraws after April 29, 2022. For any missed class due to COVID-19 no refunds will be issued.
