WebLogic Portal 4.0 Customers If you are a WebLogic Portal customer, review the conceptual explanations in all chapters of this guide. If you are going to develop campaigns, pay particular attention to the “Roadmap for Creating Promotional Campaigns” before getting started. This topic should contain all the information you need to know before moving on to the step-by-step instructions that will guide you through campaign implementation. Note: The importance of planning can never be overstated, so resist skipping the Roadmap discussion! Carefully thinking about and designing a detailed marketing strategy ensures that you have (at the very minimum) the information you will need to begin implementing your campaigns in the E-Business Control Center.
