Practice Vinyasa Yoga - Rejuvenate Your Mind and Body What is Vinyasa Yoga? Vinyasa yoga, meaning breath-sync movements, involves a series of poses that will make you flow through the power of breathing, i.e. inhaling and exhaling. While practicing this form of yoga, the body flows smoothly as if it is dancing and perhaps this is the reason it is also known as ‘flow yoga’. A bite of history It was originated by a yogi named Sri Tirumala Krishnamacharya. He was an acclaimed yoga teacher. He taught the power of breathing to his student named Parrabhi Jois, who later opened his own yoga institute for allowing the people to practice this particular form of yoga – flow yoga.

What are the benefits? As similar to other styles of yoga, Vinyasa yoga offers both physical and mental benefits.
