VILLA 2 “ANDALUCIA”
Villa 2 “Andalucia” at Martinhal Sagres Family Beach Resort is an amazing three-bedroom property that affords wonderful views over Martinhal Bay and the Sagres peninsula.
The villa combines all the modern comforts of your own home with a stylish and decorative interior. Living spaces are generous and inviting and include a lounge, three large double bedrooms and three bathrooms. Under floor heating and an open fire are standard. Amenities also feature a fully fitted kitchen, laundry room and satellite TV.
Outside, a stunning covered terrace features a built-in BBQ and an array of patio furniture. An attractive landscaped garden surrounds a 9m x 4m private heated swimming pool.

VILLA 3 “VILA DO SOL”
Located near the beach and enjoying a sweeping ocean vista that unfolds through a low scenic valley, Villa 3
“Vila do Sol” is a handsome three-bedroom property set in its own landscaped garden.
Villa 3 “Vila do Sol” is a home away from home and is characterised by a warm and inviting interior that is well appointed and fully equipped.
Living spaces are light and roomy, and include three bathrooms and a modern kitchen. Under floor heating is standard. Amenities also include a laundry room and satellite TV.
Outside, a large attractive terrace features a built-in BBQ complemented by a suite of patio furniture.

Villa 6 is a modern designed villa with large glass doors and windows which let in a huge amount of natural light. The white architecture perfectly reflects the sky blue pool and the sky. The position of Villa nº 6 gives it guests privacy but outstanding views from the upstairs bedrooms of the ocean.
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located upstairs and you will find a further bedrooms with an en-
suite on the ground floor. Here you will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room/living room with
satellite TV and direct access to the outdoor area.
VILLA 7
The stunning position of Villa 7 provides its guests with outstanding views of the ocean and the town of Sagres. This property has two floors featuring 3 spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.
The Master bedroom is located upstairs and you will find a further two bedrooms on the ground floor. Here you will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining room as well as a living room with satellite TV and direct access to the outdoor area.

Villa 8 at Martinhal Sagres Family Beach Resort enjoys a privileged location overlooking Martinhal Bay, on the western margin of the resort.
The fabulous views take in the beach and the port of Sagres in the distance. One of only two single story villas at the resort, Villa 8 has one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two twins rooms with shared bathroom in the hall. Being on one level, this villa is ideal for families with young children and for those guests with limited mobility. A traditional interior with contemporary flourishes defines the interior design, and the living spaces feature a range of modern and fully equipped amenities, including kitchen, laundry room, satellites TV, phone/tablet recharger station and Bluetooth plug and play docking station. VILLA 10 “NUMBER 10”
One of only two single story villas at Martinhal Sagres Family Beach Resort, Villa 10 “Number 10” is an imposing property overlooking Martinhal Bay.
The rear of the building faces a picturesque valley. Villa 10 has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 bunkbeds and three bathrooms. VILLA 21
Villa 21 at Martinhal Sagres Family Beach Resort is an amazing family friendly 5-bedroom private villa measuring roughly 3,300sqft (400 sqm) - the largest villa in our private villa collection at Martinhal Beach
Resort & Hotel, Algarve. The house has wonderful views over Martinhal Bay and Sagres peninsula. It’s located on a large 33,000 sqft (4,000 sqm) plot with its own private pine forest as part of its lush garden.
Living spaces are generous and inviting and include an entrance area with an entrance cloak wardrobe, dining area, lounge, second family lounge and play area in the basement, five large double bedrooms and five bathrooms. Two of these bedrooms are located exclusively on the upper floor - both with en suit bathrooms and dressing areas.
Guests have access to a large fully-fitted Miele kitchen with large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven and other standard fittings. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Satellite TV available.

Villa 25 at Martinhal Sagres Family Beach Resort is a contemporary four-bedroom villa that affords magnificent views to the Ocean. There are 2 en-suite double bedrooms with shower and 2 twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom with bath and shower, all of them leading to the heated pool and garden. There is a separate laundry room with washing and dryer machine that leads to the patio.
Upstairs there is a spacious open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, a TV room and a bathroom. The first floor has access to a balcony with stairs that lead to the garden, pool and BBQ area. The built-in BBQ is complete with a cooking area with sink. There is also a dining table and a covered area with cushions for your family get together.

Accommodation is arranged over two floors, with the principal living space - including a large first-floor terrace - upstairs to take advantage of the spectacular panorama.

The accommodation is upside down, with living spaces created upstairs to take full advantage of the incredible sea views. The villa is fully fitted and equipped throughout with kitchen, laundry room, outside dining area with fitted BBQ, air conditioning and under-floor heating.

VILLA 35 “VILLA PALMEIRA”

VILLA 46 “THE BEACH HOUSE”
This property, “The Beach House”, was one of the original villas at Martinhal. A very comprehensive renovation was recently completed. The ground floor is home to lounge a spacious living room with fire place, dining room, kitchen and pantry. The ground floor also houses the master bedroom with fire place and a generous bathroom with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. On the upper floor (entrance level) is a family suite which has its own living/dining room with fire place, including kitchenette and en-suite bathroom.
An extensive terrace offers wonderful views on a cactus garden and the sea with the Martinhal island on the horizon. A steep staircase leads from the living to a mezzanine level with two double beds, this area is not suitable for young children sleeping on their own. Also on the upper floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace with sea view. This lay-out makes the villa ideal for two families holidaying together (or one family plus parents / children who will have their own section in the villa). VILLA 65
Villa 65 is a four bedroom property with amazing sea views over the entire bay of Martinhal to the picturesque harbour and village of Sagres. It is settled in a mature garden with beautiful native flora and most importantly plenty of privacy without restricting the stunning view. Especially the both terraces on the first floor are outstanding and unique. The property convinces with its traditional architecture combined with a country-style interior and classically stylish elements. The open plan dining and living area is the heart of the villa and flows into the garden with shaped heated pool, outdoor dining area and spacious terrace.
Two bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located on the ground floor and the master bedroom and another and a spacious bathroom are located on the first floor.

Villa 77 at Martinhal Sagres Family Beach Resort can easily accommodate ten guests, and is located on the eastern margin of the resort overlooking the beautiful natural park and the ocean.
The bedrooms and living areas are fitted out in a comfortable informal way, with a wonderful sense of space.
In addition to the generous living room and the fully fitted kitchen, the property also offers a games room
where you can play ping pong and table football. Wi-fi throughout the house.

Villa 80 is a modern contemporary styled villa located on the eastern side of the resort. Its south facing orientation gives you spectacular views of the National park, Ocean and the beach.
On the ground floor are 3 en-suite bedrooms with patio doors which lead out to the heated pool and garden. For children’s fun there is a separate kids pool 3x1,5 m and just 40 cm deep. Also on the ground floor is a small kitchenette which services the pool area. e garden and pool area are very private and perfect for sunbathing.
On the 1st floor there is an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. This room has large patio windows which lead out to 2 balconies which have panoramic views.

VILLA 90
Villa 90 is a stunning luxury villa located in the very heart of Martinhal. Its south facing orientation gives you spectacular, uninterrupted views down the valley lush in natural vegetation towards Martinhal beach, Sagres peninsula and the Atlantic Ocean. From the gated entrance to the large landscaped garden of over one acre, this villa oozes style. Living spaces are generous and inviting. They include an entrance hall, dining area, lounge, five large double bedrooms and five bathrooms.
Guests have access to a large fully fitted kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven and other standard fittings. There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Satellite TV and free wifi is available throughout the house. The villa has under floor heating as well as air conditioning.
The outside terraces are perfect for both entertaining and sunbathing and include a large undercover BBQ area with dining table. There is a heated Jacuzzi set in a private tropical garden with decking. The villa boasts a 12m x 6m infinity pool overlooking the valley and amazing views beyond.

This wonderful villa offers great accommodation with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is set in beautiful landscaped gardens of around 46,000 sqft and offers peace, tranquillity and total privacy.
The entrance hall leads to the living area which has comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD and everything you need to relax in the evenings. The dining area is open plan to the lounge with large patio doors giving easy access to the heated pool and sun terraces.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a utility room with washing machine, dryer and wine fridge.
Outside there is a cooking area with sink and BBQ with table and chairs in the covered dining area.
There is downstairs an accommodation wing with 2 double bedrooms, W.C. and 2 bathrooms.
