The exclusive collection of independently owned luxury villas at Martinhal Sagres Beach Family Resort Hotel are located on the western margin of the resort. Furnishings are of exceptional quality, and stylish modern conveniences abound – many villas have under-floor heating and most have air-conditioning. With all rentals, linen and towels are included.

This property, “The Beach House”, was one of the original villas at Martinhal. A very comprehensive renovation was recently completed. The ground floor is home to lounge a spacious living room with fire place, dining room, kitchen and pantry. The ground floor also houses the master bedroom with fire place and a generous bathroom with walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. On the upper floor (entrance level) is a family suite which has its own living/dining room with fire place, including kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. An extensive terrace offers wonderful views on a cactus garden and the sea with the Martinhal island on the horizon. A steep staircase leads from the living to a mezzanine level with two double beds, this area is not suitable for young children sleeping on their own. Also on the upper floor is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace with sea view. This lay-out makes the villa ideal for two families holidaying together (or one family plus parents / children who will have their own section in the villa). The villa is equipped with air conditioning, floor heating, 3 fire places, Dutch and German satellite tv and English news channels. VILLA 80 Villa 80 is a modern contemporary styled villa located on the eastern side of the resort. Its south facing orientation gives you spectacular views of the National park, Ocean and the beach. On the ground floor are 3 en-suite bedrooms with patio doors which lead out to the heated pool and garden. For children’s fun there is a separate kids pool 3x1,5 m and just 40 cm deep. Also on the ground floor is a small kitchenette which services the pool area. The garden and pool area are very private and perfect for sunbathing. On the 1st floor there is an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room. This room has large patio windows which lead out to 2 balconies which have panoramic views.
