Martin Agius

Martin Agius: born in 1966 took up photography as a hobby at a tender age, before enlisting in the Armed Forces of Malta (AFM). Towards the twilight of his 27-year military career, he was appointed as the Official Photographer for the AFM. Subsequently, in October 2009 he was appointed as the Official Photographer for the Malta Institute of the Professional Photography (MIPP), of which he is also part of the committee. In addition, Martin is also a member of the UK-based Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers (SWPP). 
In Martin's early years in photography, he used to enjoy pic-snapping away to his heart's content, and he later gave way to a more serious involvement in the art. In 2007, he bought his first DSLR Camera. 
Mentored by top-award winning Maltese photographer Kevin Casha, through his extensive Fast Track Photography courses, Martin placed first on various assignments for his unique technique and appreciation of the medium, which over time grew substantially. Meanwhile in 2008, he star
