The Office of Adult Probat ion has t he legal responsibilit y t o cont inually report it s divisions' budget short fall in order t o advocat e for sufficient funding and t o ensure legally mandat ed services are delivered. The Judiciary?s annual budget request for more funding has not been fully met .
