KidsportTM Fundraiser

The 2023 KidsportTM raffle is going ahead, and tickets will be on sale starting May 1st! Tickets are 1 for $5.00 and will be available at various locations, including the MAP, A & W as well as online. The draw date for the raffle is September 16th at 3:00pm at the A & W. Prairie Sky Chamber of Commerce

May 6th – Prairie Sky Business Excellence Award Gala

A prestigious Gala will be held at the Brian King Centre in Warman to recognize the entrepreneurial passion, talent, dedication, and the tireless efforts of our businesses as well as celebrate our growth. This event is the 8th annual event highlighting businesses from Martensville, Warman, and surrounding Prairie Sky Region.

Award recognition provides business owners and their employees with a sense of accomplishment and pride. This recognition also serves as a way of letting customers know that the businesses in their communities are working hard and succeeding at providing the products and services they want.

August 17th – Prairie Sky Annual Golf Tournament

A great time get out and enjoy summer with fellow associates and friends. Join us at the Legend Golf Club on Thursday August 17th goodwill, 2023, for an afternoon of golfing followed by dinner & prizes.

Prairie Sky Chamber of Commerce will be hosting Lunch & Learns, sending e-notices, adding important information to the Prairie Sky Blog and much more during 2023.

Martensville Youth Connection

MYC is a free drop-in program for youth that focuses on mental health. Program material is overseen by a Registered Social Worker. The first hour is dedicated to teaching about subjects such as self-esteem, triggers, self-harm, addiction, depression, anxiety, consent, boundaries, & healthy relationships. We dedicate time to practice our new skills, and engage in planned activities. MYC also has lots of volunteer opportunities for youth who are interested in volunteer experience. Prairie Valley Scouts

Beavers, Cubs & Scouts - Open to boys and girls, ages 5-14. Meetings are Tuesday evenings at Venture Heights School. A weekend family camping trip is held at the end of the year in June. Come learn about respecting nature and each other, about the community, recycling, and making new friends. We play games, go on outings, make crafts, and have fun.
