Key functionality includes:

Identification - Domestic and international vehicle owners based on numberplate number. Validation – Includes look-up services for European vehicle registration databases. Payment – By online card, bank transfer, IVR, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. Enforcement - Collection of unpaid tolls, road charges and penalty charge notices for domestic and international vehicle owners.

Account options – Allows automatic and time-based payment accounts including pay as you go, pre-pay or post-pay. Also handles discount schemes and bulk registrations. Notifications – Sent on behalf of clients to alert vehicle owners globally of outstanding penalty charge notices and debt collection notices. Customer support – Back office support including vehicle owner interaction and case management with appeal handling services in local language. Vehicle management – Management of white lists of exempt vehicles.
