We have worked hard on the presentation of the product in this brochure, but the truth is that no reproduction can capture the precise colour and texture of each individual tile. We therefore urge you to visit a showroom where you can see the inherent beauty of these tiles first hand. If you are unable to visit a showroom, please call us to order samples, for which a small charge will be made. We sell our products through our Marlborough showroom and an extensive network of Recommended Tile Retailers across the country. EXPORT SALES We have experience in exporting all over the world and our in-house wall collections can now be seen in a growing list of countries including Ireland, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Russia, Japan, Italy, Israel, Norway and Sweden. DELIVERIES We deliver to our network of Recommended Tile Retailers on a weekly basis or can deliver to your door, both of which incur a small charge. Whilst we endeavour to hold all tiles other than hand painted designs in stock, occasionally there are delays in production. In addition our hand painted designs are painted to order and therefore you should allow up to a further 3 weeks for delivery. Please bear this in mind when booking a tiler as we do not accept responsibility for lost working time in the event of a delivery being incorrect, damaged or delayed. By prior arrangement, orders can be also be collected from our factory in Marlborough. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that all orders are correctly packed, occasionally errors do occur. RETURNS / ADDITIONS Installed tiles and hand painted tiles are non-returnable. Full boxes of other tiles may be returned within 4 weeks of order, but there will be a 20% restocking charge, so we urge you to measure carefully. As our tiles vary from batch to batch, it is advisable to keep extra in case replacements are required at a future date. For the same reason, please advise us if you are adding to a previous order so that we can do all possible to get the closest match.The customer will have the right to return all goods if they are not happy with their selection. The goods must be returned unbroken in the original packaging to retailer or direct to us and the customer will be responsible for the cost of arranging transport and insurance of goods. This must be done within 28 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be processed within 5 working days following our receipt of the return, original delivery costs will not be refunded. Tiles delivered to the customer damaged will be replaced / refunded in full.
