MARK RUTSTEIN

Partner, Estates Director Mark Rutstein, a native South African, hails from a world-renowned family of real-estate developers, whose projects have included Atlantis and the exclusive One and Only group of Kerzner hotels. Consistently named a top-producing real estate agent, Mark credits his success to a business built on repeat clients and referrals, by serving his clients with the utmost level of dedication, professionalism, and care. Mark’s past experience in the entertainment and sports industries handling both national and international clients has provided him with the perfect background to build the Rutstein + Partners team. He is deeply committed to the confidentiality of his clients and has had the opportunity to help many high-profile clients throughout his career. His interest grew into a passion and formed a belief that a home is not merely a roof over your head. GREG HOLCOMB

Partner, Estates Director Greg Holcomb is a 4th generation Angeleno and 7th generation Californian who grew up exploring all of the neighborhoods, cultural landmarks, shops, restaurants and legendary locations that make Los Angeles such an incredible and unpredictable city. His encyclopedic knowledge of the area makes him a valuable resource for his clients. Quality of care and absolute discretion lay the foundation of the Rutstein-Holcomb team. An emphasis on personal integrity and strong client relationships leads to a referral-based business that repeatedly keeps Mark and Greg in the top-tier of real-estate advisors both in production and reputation. Associate Partner | Rutstein + Partners Growing up in Odessa, Ukraine, migrating to New York City and then traveling to 70+ countries before I settled in this paradise called California has shaped my open-mindedness and perception of the world we live in. These culturally, and emotionally rich experiences, inspired my love and understanding for human interaction. I knew that I was meant to devote my life to helping people; whether it was during my years in Executive Recruiting by helping clients find their dream jobs, or teaching English to monks and children across all of Asia. When I packed my bags to live the LA dream, I immediately found myself wondering what was next; I knew I wanted to be in an industry where I could help people. As I immersed myself in the LA culture, I started meeting real estate agents, investors and developers, and was absolutely fascinated by the process of attaining a home. This revelation confirmed my passion and drive in assisting people during their most important and emotional transaction of their life- finding and purchasing their dream home. Having had over 10 years of experience in Marketing and Executive Search Recruiting, I am confident that my clients will only receive my utmost dedication, loyalty and discretion. I live my life based on the principle that while most people listen with the intent to reply, I listen with the intent to understand and this is the business in which people need to be heard. I am an avid scuba diver with over 80 logged dives, with Borneo being my favorite diving destination. My weekends consist of reading at the beach, and hiking with my Pit Bull named Burma. Coming from the Soviet Union, I feel very fortunate to be walking in the shoes I am today. I hope to utilize my positive energy into serving my clients.
