Communicate the Logic of Your Decisions When you start to scale an organization, the key is to communicate how you make decisions. What is the calculus that led you to a conclusion? When your team understands that logic, they can apply it to making decisions themselves. That degree of explicitness may feel aggressive, strange, or even risky at times, but it ultimately ends up solving more problems than it creates.
