Montico strives towards a positive work environment where everyone is met with respect. Employees should treat colleagues in the same way as they want to be treated. Unpretentious. You keep your promises and the communication is open and straightforward. This creates trust at all levels, both internally and externally.

As an employee at Montico, you have a responsibility to comply with the rules and regulations that exist for the workplace. The employee has an obligation to report deficiencies in the work environment that may lead to injury. This is done in Montico’s IA system. It a company overall goal to at least live up to the work environment legislations, the requirements set in ISO 45001 and the goals in work environment set for the business.
Montico has an extensive program of exercise activities to ensure the health and well-being of employees. Montico conducts annual employee performance reviews and employee surveys to ensure that the gols of work environment and health are achieved.
Competence development
The most important resource at Montico is the human resouce, which is why the company offers competence development in the quest to constantly improve and give employees the security that competence entails. For new employees, Montico has devised an Onboarding program that provides basic training in company organization and operations.
Equality, diversity and equality
Montico gender equality policy states that everyone has the same rights and opportunities regardless of gender, age, ethnic and religious affiliation or sexual orientation. Bullying and harassment are not accepted in any form. In daily work, everyone has a responsibility to recongnice if a colleague is subject to bullying or harassment and, if it occurs, that it is reported to the supervisor or to Montico HR department. The company offers a whistleblower function for both internal employees and external stakeholders where reporting can be done anonymously.
Montico should be a workplace without discriminating salaries. Based on established salary policies, the individual salary is governed regardless of gender, age and ethnic background. The starting point for salary setting should always be the nature of the work, the employee performance and competence. In accordance with Swedish labour law, a salary survey is carried out every year including analysis of women’s versus men’s wages.
