The employee

Every year, Montico conducts an employee survey to produce an index (NMI) for the sustainability work that concerns our staff and their work environment. The purpose is to let all employees give their views on different aspects of the employment to make visible areas that should be developed and improved.

About our employee survey

NMI includes 15 different indices or areas, such as corporate culture, management, workload and environment that are reported using a 5-point scale for each area. The survey consisted of approximately 90 questions and the survey was active for 3 weeks. The overall response rate was 96%.

We can see a clearly positive trend from index 3.8 previous years to this recent survey showing a total NMI of 4.2
