PRINCIPLES OF LOVE IN ACTION

Rhett Allen is a Finance Manager at our South Towne store. His co-workers nominated him for a Love Promise employee of the month award last year because he is always working hard. “I’ve never seen him take a break or refuse a request from a customer or fellow employee. Just the other night he dropped what he was doing and helped a customer who came into the store late with tire trouble. He worked with them for over an hour to help get the customer’s vehicle in working order. He wasn’t asked to do this, and it isn’t necessarily part of his job duties.
