Employee Of The Year Awards
Mark Miller Subaru has seven Core Values which help guide our behaviors, decisions, and actions as a retailer and as individual employees. Each year our staff nominate their fellow co-workers for our annual Love Promise Employee of the Year awards to recognize those individuals who embody our Core Values and go above and beyond to help out staff and customers. The Kaizen Innovative Employee of the Year is awarded to two employees annually whose innovative ideas have made Mark Miller Subaru a better place for our employees, customers, and community.
In addition to these peer-nominated awards, one employee annually is selected for the distinguished Mark Miller Award. This award, which is our most prestigious honor, is bestowed upon one employee individually selected by members of the Miller Family themselves.

Matt Horne COLLISION CENTER MANAGER
Matt has worked for the company for a LONG time and has grown so much and taken on so much, especially as we’ve gone from working individually, to teams, back to working individually again. He is a shining example of living the culture of Mark Miller Subaru, and does a great job of taking care of his team.

Alex undertook one of the biggest technological overhauls this industry has seen and did so as smoothly as I think I’ve seen such a big transition ever work in my professional days.

Ashley came into the role with a limited experience in the automotive industry, but she quickly created a social media presence that is unmatched in the automotive market here in Utah and, quite honestly, in other market.

Jake LIVES and breathes the Subaru Love Promise on his own time and with his own dime. I constantly see him supporting local organizations over and above the support he offers Mark Miller Subaru’s Love Promise Partners. Jake is a stellar example of living the Love Promise, and I hope he can be celebrated for his remarkable contributions in helping us make the world a better place.
