Doug directs all lending operations from disclosure through secondary. Previously, Doug spent nearly a decade at the nation’s sixth largest bank, US Bank, where he was responsible for leadership and P&L for two of the bank’s divisions – Secondary Marketing and Correspondent Lending – and was key in helping the bank grow its assets from $14B to $170B.

Jude has served as our Senior Corporate Counsel for over two years and is in charge of directing the legal, licensing, quality-control and compliance departments. In her tenure with RFC, she has helped create a premier licensing and compliance operation, which has grown in significance and scope in recent years.
