Talking things over with a Counsellor either as a one-off, or over a number of sessions, can help you to find new ways of dealing with problems, without being judged or told what to do. You might want to talk about College, family life, relationships, feelings of worry, stress or anxiety or about anything that is causing difficulty in your life, however big or small. If you would like to see a Counsellor you can drop in without an appointment during the lunch break, or you can make an appointment by e-mail, by telephone or by asking a tutor.

CHAPLAINCY Through the Chaplaincy we aim to provide you with space and time for reflection and renewal, and opportunities for worship, fellowship, celebration and social action, as well as grappling with the key issues of the day. The Chaplain’s principal role is to be freely available to all students of any faith or of none, to offer help and advice, support and encouragement. This may be especially helpful at difficult or challenging times when you may have particular problems or concerns you would like to discuss, and these do not need to be limited to spiritual matters only. If you would like to see the Chaplain, you can drop in without an appointment or you can make an appointment by e-mail.
