INTRODUCTION
Patterns and methods of implementation are studied through a variety of case studies , which are examined through their context, their interventions, and their measurable and notmeasurable outcomes. The case studies are categorized in four different key elements of study: Revitalize, Cohabitate, Innovate, Explore and Innovate. Each key element pertains to a specific design element that is part of the Downtown Wasco's formal master plan as a whole.
