At Valley, we strive to provide the international bath market with new and innovative products manufactured to the highest standards in quality and design. We own and operate a manufacturing facility in Mission, BC allowing us to ensure that our products are manufactured to the highest quality while using ethical and environmentally responsible resources. All of our Shower bases, Skirted and Drop in Bathtubs, Aura Stone basins and Shila Stone basins, Freestanding Bathtubs, Shower walls and Shower Bases are manufactured in our Mission BC plant.

Acrylic : built better to last longer

Our acrylic shower bases and bathtubs are reinforced with a back coating mixture of proprietary fiberglass and resin. This is backed by real Canadian wood, and another layer of the proprietary mixture is added on top. This adds additional strength and rigidity to your acrylic product, ensuring that it is highly resistant to the rigours of everyday use. Our acrylic products are also very cost-effective, easy to install and highly resistant to build-up of mildew and bacteria.

Using our layering techniques, we have created a unique and durable product that increases heat retention, saves energy and water, and amplifies your bathing experience.

Our high-gloss, crack-resistant acrylic is one of the most durable and long lasting materials on the bath market today. We source high quality North American acrylic sheets with colour extending all the way through the entire material. This ensures that your acrylic product will never fade or blemish for as long as you own it.

Shilahealthy.Stone originated as a part of our green manufacturing and sustainability initiative. By sourcing materials exclusively from North America, we’ve created a durable, high-quality material. Shila Stone consists of a unique blend of marble resin, catalyst and recycled material to create a non-porous, resilient product that’s highly customizable. Our innovative recycling process diverts hundreds of pounds of waste from entering landfills each year, as well as reclaiming the water and energy that went into creating the original materials.

Shila Stone is resistant to staining, cracking or scuffing and maintains its beautiful finish for many years to come. In addition to its strength, Shila Stone is also entirely non-porous and has a natural resistance to the build-up of mould, mildew and bacteria -- keeping you and your family

Shila Stone is our signature material made here in Mission, BC that’s available in many of our Canadian-made product lines. Our in-house team of artisans has created this composite material from our Enviro-Seal, zero waste recycled fill. Using our unique formula, we’ve created a material that is far stronger and more durable than natural stone bathware.

Our skilled Valley artisans form each Aura Stone product by hand; shaping them in a kiln to ensure that we produce a perfect result each & every time. When cured, the shaped Aura Stone retains the full strength of the sheet allowing us to achieve complex shapes which take full advantage of the natural strength of our material.

Aura Stone: elegance for your dream lifestyle

Aura Stone is a North American sourced, ultra-hygienic material used in products such as the European inspired Trevi collection pedestal, and many others including our illumination series LED entertainment basins.

What makes Aura stone so special is its unique composition of pre-cast 1/2” resin sheets. These sheets are cut into shape and formed by hand in a kiln to the proper final position & cured. This process grants Aura Stone far greater durability than standard acrylic or ceramic bath-ware; ensuring that your product will remain vibrant and beautiful for the entire time as it is a part of your home.

Aura Stone is a Valley Acrylic signature material available in both opaque & transparent sheets. Aura Stone is highly customizable; most products can be made to order in any size / configuration our customers require.

We hand-craft Aura Stone products in both opaque and transparent varieties by working 1/2” pre- cast Aura Stone resin into any custom shape / size needed. Aura Stone’s extreme durability is due to its internal cast structure which makes it many times stronger than standard acrylic products; increasing the life of your product and preventing damage from regular wear and tear.

We at Valley Acrylic Bath have incorporated this design direction into our Shila Stone basins. We are able to add a light or heavy marble pattern to your next sink or shower base.

Our marble is comprised of an environmentally friendly material called Shila Stone. Valley Acrylic’s goal is to provide high-end remodeling solutions in an environmentally responsible manner. Unlike the marble material, Shila stone is a hygienic material that is 100 percent nonporous as well as mold and bacteria-resistant.

In recent years, simplicity has become the number one architectural quality that consumers are after. Thus, marble has become the latest architectural trend. It holds all the qualities consumers are seeking; classy, modern, and most importantly, stylishly simple.

Valley’s JADE shower base is a minimal zero threshold shower base that’s perfect for any design. With a minimal 1.5” threshold height, this base can be installed: top-mount, flush, partially flush, or as per ADA compliance standards; it can fit a single, double, triple or zero threshold setting. The JADE has a natural integrated textured bottom for anti-slip purposes. This base is fabricated out of Valley’s non-porous, hygienic Stone material that’s curated right here in our Mission, BC manufacturing plant by Canadian artisans. NOTE: A 12 feet tiling flange is provided with every base to be installed on site; you can install this shower base in a single, double, triple or zero threshold setting. This shower base can also be cut on site to fit a custom space.
