Plans To work for a few years before pursuing graduate studies. My dream job is to work for a consultancy that advises businesses on sustainability. “There is an overwhelming sense of opportunity that permeates the way Sauder students work, play, create and interact. Having always felt strongly about the need to effect positive change on society, I got involved with the Commerce Community Program at Sauder. This has piqued my interest in sustainability and how businesses can make a positive impact. As Sustainability Director on the Student Council of the Commerce Undergraduate Society, I’m in charge of educating my peers on the sustainability movement and how it affects them as future business graduates. At Sauder, I feel empowered with the tools and knowledge to accomplish what I didn’t think was possible for someone my age. This is a true testament to a quality that is unique to the UBC BCom program — its capacity to grow students into proactive, involved individuals.”
