Do you have a house, on the island of Montreal, built before 1955? The Greater Montreal Real Estate Board and the City of Montreal want to see it! As part of l'Opération patrimoine architectural de Montréal, the CIGM and the City of Montreal have created this event to bring potential buyers to Montreal's beautiful homes. This day will take place on Sunday, September 26th from 1:00PM to 4:00PM, and the registration deadline is September 8th, 2010 before noon.
Late summer is upon us, and back to school means back to sales! We are already seeing a dramatic upswing in the real estate market from a calm summer. If you're thinking of listing your home, be sure to take advantage of the wealth of early-fall buyers!
To qualify, your property must meet the following criteria: • • •
Properties must be on the island of Montreal, and built before 1955 Properties must be listed in the MLS system of the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board. Properties should ideally be well-maintained and retain their original charm.
Up to fifty properties will be selected, and the selected properties will receive free marketing (in major newspapers, online, and more) at a value in excess of $5000. Once again, your property must be listed in the MLS system to qualify! If you're thinking about listing your pre-1955 Montreal home, now is the perfect time!
