Rita Stanfa Rohn ’69 and her classmates are looking forward to the holidays for their annual get together! Hal Weise ’99 and his wife Lyndsi had twin boys, Brett and Brock on January 26, 2013. The proud grandmother and aunt are alumnae as well, Mary Monteleone Weise ’76, and Mary Kay Weise ’00. Melissa Gergel ’07 participated in the United States Olympic trials for the Summer games in Rio for elite pole vaulting. Melinda Fried ’08 graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the Marquette University School of Dentistry in May 2016 after receiving a B.S. Biology from the University of Wisconsin- Madison in 2012.

Joseph Roccasalva ’08 was one of ten men who professed vows as Augustinian friars on July 31 following the example set by his father, Deacon Joseph Roccasalva. Jack Ziltz ’12 was recognized at the University of New Mexico Scholar Athlete Banquet for having the highest cumulative GPA among the football players, earning him a spot on the 2016 All-Academic Team. Although Ziltz graduated in May, he has one year left of eligibility. Jack will continue to play football for the Lobos this fall while attending graduate school. Joey Cifelli ’15, a member of Purdue University’s Diving Team, participated in the United States Olympic Trials for the summer games in Rio.
