Biophilic Design Green Roofs Green roof Walking path Bike line Sidewalks

Based on the Shadow and solar analyse relevant spots were find for green roofs and green walls. The main concept of applying sustainable green roofs and green walls in Chateau_ Manchester neighborhood is to make the place more sustainable. But in addition, it has some other valuable abilities to turn useless spaces into usable and reliable. Sustainable green roofs are becoming accessible to the people while turning it into the open space. The conceptual path on the roof, what connects four block buildings by the bridges is created to the users while exploring the sustainable green roof garden and enjoy with the view to the river.

Green Alleys

Construct green alleys with low-impact pavement materials, such as pervious

pavements with high reflectivity to reduce heat island effects. Green alleys use sustainable materials, pervious pavements, and effective drainage to create an inviting public space for people to walk, play, and interact. Green alleys runs parallel to the larger street network. To avoid stormwater run-off should be infiltrated in-place using permeable paving or rain gardens at the edge of the pedestrian path.

The Sines Thermal Power Plant is a conventional Central using as fuel the fossil imported coal. It consists of four groups, each of which forms an independent unit producing steam generator, turbine, alternator, and transformer. which is reflected in his form. When I started to think about this Project, The task was to find what was the value of this Building I really wanted to use the heritage of this place. this location is close to the ocean, around this is Untapped spaces. I thought that it should be good to make the Resort hotel there. The power station Sines, EDP is among the most polluting in Europe, occupying the 27th place among the 30 most polluting old continent, in the ranking of “Europe’s Dirty 30”, but anyway I think that this place needed a more green place.

Potential Development Areas Mullens City The main goal of this design is to make downtown more sustainable, walkable and flexible. In order to achieve this goal and make the circulation more accessible for residents Early rd, 1th, 2th, 3rd streets will be turned to green alleys, that will operate only Pedestrian-Bike environment. Proposed green Alleys will run parallel to Larger street networks and provide safe, calm, sustainable habitat. In this design, there will be used permeable paving to avoid the stormwater run-off. It will be constructed with low-impact pavement materials,s with high reflectivity to reduce heat island effects. Parking

In the northern part of the Mullens city new expressway is proposed to meet Highway 54. It’s a crucial opportunity to develop commercial district at the entrance of the Mullens city. It can cause an increase in businesses and promote the increase of the economy. The new commercial district is located between Highway 54 and railroad and due to its limited area it’s developed vertically. The first building is a welcoming space for the tourists and provides Informational centre and some shops. Other buildings provide Shop of Handmade Items and Flower shop. The commercial district contains six small buildings (boxes). There is a good amount of open space between each block that gives the visitors the possibility to enjoy with the mountain view as well. The pathway that runs between the buildings connects all the blocks. 0

Downtown districts has a big potential to become more sustainable and pedestrian-bike friendly. This project aims to provide walkable, enjoyable safe streets with green corridors. Howard ave will have a lower speed rote and Early rd, 1th, 2th, 3rd streets will become green alleys and will be available only for pedestrians. The design aims to keep downtown of Mullens city active, walkable, pedestrian-friendly and safe during the night. As researchers have found out night time life and activities in the cities can be the potential for crime, violence and anti-social behaviour. But if the areas are free from fear of crime can enhance night time activities thus increasing the economic value. Alteration on the physical environment and nightlife activities can make downtown more alife. Bike-line, street light, bars, some of the night activities can make downtown of Mullens city more active and alive and more attractive for tourists.
