London Hi! We are Ainhoa, Montse and María Alanis. On 3th of February we are going to go to London! We are really excited. London is one of the most famous city for a trip. There we can find really gorgeous landmarks and many interesting shops. We are going to talk about the place where we are going to stay in. Our Hostel called Generator, It´s a really beautiful and cheap. It´s recommend for big groups like ours, because there are share bedrooms.


Location Generator hostel is near Russell Square and the Covent Garden, Regents Park and the British Museum. It´s in the middle of the city centre. The British Museum is only 10 min faraway on foot form here. The tower of London is 15 min far away in a public transport like train that is 10 min faraway on foot. Other cities like Buckingham palace is 20 min by public transport.


Types of rooms In our hostel you have the possibility to use a private or a share room. In all rooms is available UK plugs only.

Private room This type of room you have a room only for you, for a couple until three or four people with a private bathroom.

Twin room It cost 88 pounds per room. It´s available for one or two sleeps. It is spacious and up to date. In this room you can find a desk, chairs, and towels.


Twin en suite This rooms cost 108 pounds. It´s only for two sleeps. The only difference from twin room is that in this room there is en-suite bathroom.

Triple or Quad It´s perfect for a group of friends or family who want privacy. It cost 121.60 pounds. There are bunks with privacy boards and handy lock up storage apart from the others rooms perks.


Shares rooms This is the other type of room for those people who want to make some new friends or for big groups as ours from schools. Small shared This room cost 30 pounds per bed. It is available from one to eight people. There are bunks with privacy boards and handy lock-up storage but towels can be added or not.


Large shared This room cost 22.50 pounds per bed that have the same perks as the small shared room. It´s ideal for people who want to know new people because in these rooms can fit 12 people.


Female shared In this rooms guys aren´t allowed, it´s only for girls. It cost 24 pounds per bed and come with hairdryers. There are dressing tables, which is so cute! It´s for one to twelve girls.

Facilities In our hostel there are a lot of facilities:

Chill-out and cinema room There are tables, chairs, television, couch, etc. It´s a place where you can relax and meet other people. Open Tuesday and Monday from 8pm.


Bar There you can enjoy cocktails, local beers and delicious snacks. There’s catwalk lighting, wooden high-top tables, cosy booths and an authentic London Routemaster Bus. Open on Monday to Sunday from 17:00 to 3:00. There is a happy hour every day from 17:00 to 19:00.


Restaurant & Cafeteria There you can enjoy delicious food. Also you can play the piano! The Serving hours: Continental breakfast 07:00 - 10:00 Cafè breakfast 08:00 - 11:00 Lunch & Dinner 12:00 - 23:00

Also there are free WIFI, cinema and 24 hour reception.

How to get there? If you're travelling from Stansted Airport, take the Stansted Express to Liverpool Street. Get on the tube and take the Central line to Holborn then change onto the Piccadilly line and get off at Russell Square. It’s a brief walk from there to the hostel. A single fare on the Stansted Express is £21.50 and the journey takes about 47 minutes. If you're flying into Heathrow Airport, take the Piccadilly line to King’s Cross. Then it’s a 5-minute walk to Generator London. A single fair is £5.50 and it’ll take about an hour. If you’re arriving into Gatwick Airport, take the


Southern Railway or Gatwick Express to London Victoria station. From there, get on the tube and take the Victoria line to King’s Cross. Then it’s a 5minute walk.

Price per night for us We are going to sleep in a female room. It cost 24 pounds per bed, and we have one of 12 girls, two of 8 girls, one of six girls, three of four and one of 3 girls reserved. María Alanis is in a room with eight girls, and Ainhoa and Montse in one of four girls.
