Spa Etiquette
By using St. Somewhere Spa services, you agree to follow our spa etiquette. Any violation may result in your removal from our facility.
Our spa is a shared space for escapism and relaxation. We ask that all guests use spa voice. Smoking and the use of cell phones are not allowed.
Our experienced service providers have been carefully selected and trained to ensure a positive guest experience. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your service provider, please ask him or her to stop your service within the first 15 minutes of your session.
This will allow us to try to accommodate your service with another provider. Once a guest is given a full service, full payment is due.
Age requirements:
Nail and hair services are available to guests of any age. Facials, massages, and body treatments are not available to guests under the age of 12. Guests 12 to 18 years of age receiving facials, massages, or body treatments, must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the treatment. The spa lounge and locker room area are not available to guests under the age of 18.
Reservations:
Same-day reservations are welcome; however, we encourage you to book your treatment in advance. All reservations must be secured with a major credit card.
Spa check-in:
We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment time. This will allow for a smooth check-in and maximum relaxation.
Regretfully, if you are late for an appointment, we may have to shorten your treatment time, to be on schedule for the next guest.
Cancellations and rescheduling requests:
Your spa and salon appointments are scheduled specially for you. An 8-hour notice is required if you must cancel or reschedule. A cancelation of less than 8 hours or no shows will require a charge of 100% of the treatment price.
Service charge and taxes:
All services are subject to an automatic 22% service charge and tax. Service charge will always be charged based on the retail price of the service and never on the promotional pricing.
Health and Safety:
Guests should alert service providers if they have open cuts, abrasions, infections, sores, sunburn, or if they have any condition that poses a threat to anyone’s health.
We reserve the right to deny service or suggest a different service if we think that anyone’s health and safety is at risk.
We may also deny service to anyone who we believe is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Your valuables and personal items: Please leave your valuables and personal items at home or in your hotel safe. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Payment:
Cash and checks are not accepted methods of payment. We accept major credit cards and room charge.
Refunds:
All services provided in full are non-refundable. Retail items are refundable if they are returned unopened and unused within 30 days of purchase.
