This is our 99th Annual Meeting, the gateway to our 100th anniversary celebration! We’ve hired fantastic speakers and we’ve revamped the schedule to make it fresh and new. We’ve taken a new look at everything and the changes we’ve made are going to make your experience with and exposure to Montana CPAs even better!
Vendor Networking
$ 1,000 [only 5 left!] Only 10 spots are available and they are selling out fast! We’ve made huge changes at your request! Ten vendors will have the opportunity to participate in the NETWORK. Each vendor will have a table with 10-15 chairs around it. As a vendor, you will have six minutes to talk to each person at your table about your product, your company and how they tie into the accounting profession as well as current events. At the end of the six minutes the discussion stops. YOU stay at the table but a new set of participants comes in. We will do this for 90 minutes, giving you an opportunity to talk to each annual meeting registrant. Contact Margaret Herriges for additional information.

Serving Up Drinks $ 300/opportunity This is a unique and affordable opportunity. We provide drink tickets to all our attendees at the Kickoff Celebration. Your $300 sponsorship will provide one drink ticket with your name and logo for each guest in attendance. It’s no secret this is our most popular event and you’ll be their favorite company of the evening! Only five of these opportunities will be sold.

Our Kickoff Celebrations have become known as the best party all year! Back by popular demand, this year’s entertainment will be one of the best acts we’ve ever brought to a convention: Dueling Pianos. You won’t believe your eyes when you see our CPAs cut loose! All sponsorship benefits are customized for this event to maximize your company’s exposure.

CPA Lounge $1,250 On Thursday night attendees will start congregating at our private lounge. It’s an environment of fun and relaxation just for our CPA attendees and their guests. Your sponsorship buy include one free drink/person and snacks from 5:30 p.m. midnight. If you are interesting in provided a hosted bar this Lounge will become even more popular! Business Meeting
$1,000 This is like no other business meeting you’ve ever been a part of! Our business meetings have a theme, to make them more interesting, and this year’s theme is based on the popular TV game show “Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader”. Plus it will be held from 3:30 - 5:30 on Thursday afternoon so we thought we’d incorporate happy hour! Your sponsorship will pay for the hosted bar and we’ll customize your benefits to maximize your company’s exposure.

Take a Break $ 500/each Some of the best networking is done during break time! Which explains why they are so popular--well that and the yummy treats we always serve. That’s why it’s a great opportunity to get your name in front of folks! $ 600 Name badges are a must at our convention; they serve as the ticket to all events. You can sponsor the name badges and have your company name and logo printed on the lanyards. It will be the most visible product at the convention.*

*Lanyards come in a variety of colors and as the sponsor you can select which color you want. Your logo can be imprinted in one color. Due to production time this sponsorship must be sold by April 1st.
