BIO After the graduation in Building Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, in 2013 I started my experience at Deerns Italia in the Sustainability team, where my work mainly deals with energy analyses and simulations aimed at the optimization of the energy performance of buildings, at the maximisation of internal comfort and at the definition of innovative strategies and technical solutions, thanks to cutting edge technologies in the Real Estate field. Besides large-scale works, as the definition of energy strategies at masterplan level, my interest in issues such as building physics, thermal comfort and daylight pushes me to perform specific analyses, often applied to environmental certification schemes as LEED and BREEAM. My academic background and my professional experience, gained during the past years, allow me to understand and actively contribute during all the construction process’ phases, from the beginning to the execution phase, for projects both in Italy and abroad. Energy Certifier since 2012, I later acquired the qualifications as BREEAM International NC (in 2014) and RFO (in 2016) Assessor, and the qualification as BREEAM AP Accredited Professional (in 2017). Since 2018, as a Senior Sustainability Consultant, I am also in charge of job planning and supervising the activities of younger colleagues. I cooperated and cooperate with the Department of Architecture, Built environment and Construction engineering of Politecnico di Milano as a tutor for the course “Fundamentals of Integrated Building Design”, part of the “Building and Architectural Engineering” school. With a determined and willing mindset, I am used to work hard both in groups and alone and over the years I learned to work under pressure and punctually meet pressing deadlines and deliveries.
