Love, just as photography,

- family, friends, lovers - the connection that only they share. Sometimes you can feel it and sometimes you simply can not understand what is going on between them. The same happens with photography, each photographer has their own style, their own preferences and takes photographs following their own eye. That is why we can understand what some photographers are trying to express with their photos or how the model feels, and some others that we simply can not understand what is going on. This month’s number is in memory of Peter Lindbergh, one of the most important photographers in the fashion world that has passed away this last month.

His life and trajectory have made his photographs evolve to the point where they convey emotions when someone looks at them and his usual use of black and white intensifies, even more, this feeling. His death will be a great loss for the fashion world. That is why, in his honour, Style Notes has decided to commemorate him with using as covers the two last photoshoots that Lindbergh has done with us. It is important to realise how precious every moment is, because people come and go without warning, but I guess, that’s life. So let’s live and appreciate everything that surrounds us.
