Norman Bobrow & Company Promotes Berger to VP

Josh Berger, managing director at Norman Bobrow & Co., has been promoted to vice president of the independently owned tenant-rep commercial real estate brokerage firm.
In his new position, Berger will help assist the brokers in the firm to drive higher revenues and transaction activity in both Manhattan and the outer boroughs and help with the firm’s broker development and internship programs. “Josh Berger is an exemplary leader who represents the next generation to help run our business,” said Norman Bobrow, founder and president. “Most importantly, he follows each deal through to completion, often exceeding the expectations of his clients. Josh stresses accuracy, attention to detail and an unparalleled level of service and professionalism which has enabled him to successfully represent his clients time and again.” Berger joined the company as director of commercial leasing and investment sales in 2009 and has quickly become one of the firm’s top producing brokers. In 2014, he was named managing director of commercial leasing and investment sales. Some of Berger’s clients include Equinox, Make-Up Designory, Boyar Value Group, Clear Street Management, Jordache Enterprises, MMGY Global, Harborview Capital Management, Museum of Women, Petsmart, WCD Group, The Center for Social Inclusion, Kargo and Transit Wireless.
Berger received his bachelor’s degree in marketing/business administration from Yeshiva University.
Madison International Realty Names Moon Managing Director, Platform Investing

Real estate private equity firm Madison International Realty has named Kenny Moon as managing director to advance the firm’s activities in real estate platform investing. Moon will be based in Madison’s Los Angeles office.
Madison International Realty specializes in providing liquidity solutions to existing real estate investors, as well as acquiring partial ownership stakes and joint venture interests in prime properties and portfolios in select sectors and major markets in the U.S., U.K. and Western Europe. Madison also provides equity solutions to real estate platforms seeking to retain assets, grow portfolios and/ or raise capital more efficiently. With more than 15 years experience in real estate investment and finance, Moon will focus exclusively on Madison’s real estate platform initiatives, providing growth capital to public and private real estate companies. Moon’s investment experience spans numerous property types, and he will seek to broaden the utilization of the firm’s capabilities.

Moon previously served 12 years with Almanac Realty Investors, Neuberger Berman Group LLC, where his most recent position was managing director. At Almanac, he sourced, analyzed, underwrote and executed entity-level investments into private and public real estate operating companies in the U.S. and Canada, and previously served on the boards of HRIP Holdings and PREP Property Group. Earlier in his career, he held roles at ING Clarion Partners and Citigroup.
Moon earned a bachelor’s in business administration from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.
BBG Appoints Holman as CIO

BBG Real Estate Services, a national due diligence commercial real estate service firm, has appointed nationally recognized technology authority Blake Holman as chief information officer. In his new role, Holman will lead BBG’s efforts to continuously improve the firm’s state-of-the-art information technology infrastructure underpinning BBG’s business.
Bringing more than three decades of experience in the information technology field, Mr. Holman has led the IT strategy, development and operations for public and private companies in the consulting, telecommunications and financial services industries. Prior to joining BBG, Holman served as chief information and infrastructure officer at St. David’s Foundation in Austin, Texas.

Holman received a masters’ degree in information security and assurance from Western Governor’s University and a bachelors’ degree in mechanical engineering from Southern Methodist University.
Swinerton Promotes Nunnally to Chief Administrative Officer

National building company Swinerton announced that Lauren Nunnally has been promoted from senior vice president and chief talent officer to senior vice president/chief administrative officer, overseeing all talent management, HR operations and corporate responsibility efforts.
Nunnally started with Swinerton in 2005 as a project engineer in San Diego and remained in core operations for eight years, quickly rising to project manager and gaining experience in numerous markets. After taking a brief hiatus to continue her education, she returned parttime in 2013 to support Swinerton’s complex collaboration portal initiative and process study of operations. She completed her MBA at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School of Business and rejoined Swinerton full-time in 2014 as director of support within the Business Technology group, working to reorganize and focus IT on the business of construction. In 2017, Nunnally pivoted to general manager for craft services, where she was charged with developing a new corporate department to enable the expansion and profitability of Swinerton’s self-perform operations. Assuming the role of vice president and chief talent officer in 2019, she focused on aligning and adapting Swinerton’s overall talent strategy to its business strategy, leading and driving continuous improvements to workforce planning; talent acquisition, development and mobility and succession planning efforts. In 2021, promoted to senior vice president, she became the youngest board member elected to the Swinerton Incorporated board of directors.
