French Atelier Dissert class has launched for students of the Hotel & Tourism Department this year. They can learn the French food culture through cooking French food by themselves.
It is not too much to say that French people even have a long-time course meal to enjoy dessert. Even artistic desserts have developed: sweet cakes, baked apples with whipped cream, Krebsuit with orange sauce and ice cream, chocolate mousse, pears salted in syrup, raw yogurt, compote of fruits in natural non-solidified cheese, etc.
