What was your first impression of Manila House? It's the perfect setting for Manila's social elite. Their go-to place for exclusivity. What's the most exciting and challenging part of your job? The exciting part is whenever I get to serve important personalities, almost everyday, and the challenging part is standing on my feet for long hours with the capacity to smile while managing to fulfill Members' requests to their satisfaction. What are your other interests outside of work?
The thing I mostly look forward to is my rest day and spending time with family. The last thing that made me laugh is Jim Carrey on SNL impersonating Biden. My Netflix recommendation is Million Pound Menu

Where do you see yourself in 10 years, if there's no pandemic?
Which Manila House dish resembles you the most? I would say Chicharon Bulaklak. Every bite gets you closer to heaven (hehe). Seriously, I think it's the best in town.
With or without the pandemic, in ten years, I'd like to find myself in a position to mentor young aspiring hospitality professionals. I would like to have my own training center.
