This architectural design project, a team collaboration, consists of a banquet hall with provisional lodging, accompanied by a Quick Service Restaurant. It provides indoor and outdoor areas to host various events catering to different occupancy capacity and ambiance. The varied program brief arrives from the client’s requirement of ensuring 300+ days of revenue generation through business ventures housed on site. Therefore the model focuses on ensuring continuous activity through various business schemes like QSR, subletting hotel rooms when not in use, clout kitchen etc.

The reference image the client had preferred , had elements of symmetry and repetition that exuded grandeur

The same was kept in mind while designing the facade and layouts, ensuring functionality all along.

The circulation for all services was done in a manner to prevent direct interaction with guest areas.
