1. ADVISE Program Launch 12 ADVISORS, 10 currently paired with Fort Riley transitioning soldiers to mentor, network, and fi ll jobs in Manhattan. 2. Manhattan Military Relations Committee Lunches Nine lunches in 2019 with over 1,000 attendees - the best monthly opportunity for Manhattan business professionals to network with Fort Riley soldiers, spouses and civilians. 3. Veterans Day Parade Despite the weather, over 2,000 participants and at least that many attendees paid tribute to the greatest generation this past Veterans Day. 4. Fort Riley and 1st Infantry Division Events, Ceremonies, Remembrances, Retirements, Welcomes, and Farewells Staff attended 184 Fort Riley offi cial functions on behalf of the Chamber, City and County. 5. Kansas Military Alliance Three meetings sharing best practices with nine peer military relations professionals from across the state. 4 1 6

10. Fort Riley Day at K-State Football Tailgate 500 lunches served and 800 Wildcat football tickets donated to Fort Riley soldiers and families. 6. AUSA Annual Meeting Attended for the opportunity to promote Manhattan and the Flint Hills in Washington DC with Army Secretary Ryan McCarthy, Senator Jerry Moran, Congressman Roger Marshall, Chief of Staff of the Army General James McConville, Vice Chief of Staff of the Army General Joseph Martin, Training and Doctrine Commander General Paul Funk, Sargent Major of the Army Tony Grinston, Forces Command Senior Enlisted Leader CSM Curt Cornelison, and Medal of Honor recipient David Bellavia. 7. Meeting with Veterans Administration Met with Secretary Robert Wilkie and current Chairman of the Senate Veterans Affairs Committee Senator Jerry Moran to learn the top priorities of the VA. 8. Little Apple Brigade Opportunity to socialize with Fort Riley senior leadership at two exclusive events. 9. Military Family Appreciation Night at the Kaw Valley Rodeo 250 dinners served and 1,000 tickets donated to active duty and National Guard soldiers and families.
