T W O PALAIS R O Y A L PIECES A fine quality Palais Royal mother-of-pearl and gilt-bronze inkstand having elaborately scrolling handles with a floral patera at the centre. The base of the inkstand is enriched with tiles of mother-of-pearl and supports the gilt-bronze stands for the two ink pots together with a quill stand and a pounce dish.
