The cake

Components (for six people) - eggs: 4 - sugar: 1 glass - flour: 1 glass - jelly: 1 package - oil: ½ glass - baking powder : 2 level teaspoons - lemon flavour: 5 drops How to prepare Preparation time: for 20 minutes Eggs and sugar mix together for about 2 minutes. Add flour and baking powder, then jelly. Briefty mix. Pour oil and lightly mix with a spoon. Add lemon flavour. Baking pan spread with butter. Then sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put the dough into the baking pan. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C. Bake for about 4050 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Breakfast: Omelet Components: •two eggs, •two teaspoons of butter, •one teaspoon of cold water, •salt, •pepper, •fresh fruits Utensils: small bowl, fork or spring, frying pan, plate, spatula. Brake eggs in small bowl, with a fork or spring, add water, salt and pepper. Put the pan on low heat, then later increase, heat the butter, and pour the eggs. Cook uncovered with a high heat, until the omelet edges will drive down. Than challenge it with spatula about on all sides, for liquid that was on the bottom of the pan. Cook the omelet for no longer than two minutes. Put the fruit on the dish. You can also decorate your plate.

Panna Cotta Ingredients: The extract of vanilla, vanilla stick, rum or wine, cream 30%, jelly powder, gelatin, sugar, milk, water, some fruit (strawberries or raspberries). Prepare jelly according to the recipe. Put jelly in a saucepan. Pour the gelatin, add 2 tablespoons of cold water and let stand for 5 minutes. Pour the cream and milk into a saucepan, add sugar, vanilla or vanilla extract. Stir heated , until the sugar is dissolved. Add rum and wine, boil and set aside quickly out of the fire. Add soaked gelatine and stir vigorously for about one minute, until gelatin is completely dissolved. Pour panna cotta into cups or bowls. After its solidification in a fridge, pour jelly on it. When it freezes, you only need some mixed fruit. Pour the dessert with it.

scrambled eggs



Ingredients: 3 eggs bunch of chives salt , pepper 1 tablespoon of butter

How to prepare: Eggs stick to the bowl. Chives rinse, dry and finely chop. To the eggs, add salt, pepper and chives (put a little bit). Stir together with a fork and pour into a large pan with hot melted butter. Cook over medium heat, occasionally stirring. Hot scrambled eggs spread out on a plate and sprinkle with the remaining chives. Serve with fresh bread.

Spring salad with strawberries •Ingredients: •mix of lettuces •a few strawberries •a few red grapes •nuts •camembert cheese •Wash everything. •Cut the grapes and strawberries into halves. •Cut camembert cheese into slices. •Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix. •Put the nuts at the top. •It’s easy, quick to do and healthy 


Recipes from Turkey Okra with Olive Oil (Zeytinyagli Bamya) •1 lb okra •1 cup tomato, finely diced •2 carrots, julienne cut •1 big onion, sliced thin •½ lemon’s juice •1/3 cup olive oil •1 tsp salt to taste •½ tsp black pepper •½ tsp sugar •½ cup hot water Place the carrot on the bottom of a pot and cover with the cleaned okra. Then cover the okra with thinly sliced onions. Add the tomatoes, lemon juice and olive oil. Season with salt, sugar, and black pepper. Pour the hot water and cook over low heat covered (for about 20 minutes or until the vegetables are cooked). Serve either warm or cold. ENJOY!


Shelled Fava Beans with Olive Oil (Zeytinyagli Bakla)

1 lb shelled fava beans, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 1 medium tomato, diced 1 tsp tomato paste 2-3 Tbsp olive oil 1 tsp salt to taste 1/3 cup hot water 1/3 cup fresh dill, chopped Take olive oil and onions into a pot and sautÊ over medium heat until onions get translucent. Stir in shelled fava beans that you’ve chopped at any size you like. Cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until they change in color. Add tomato paste and tomato. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Then, add salt and hot water. Bring to a boil. Close the lid and simmer over low-medium heat until the shelled fava beans get soft (for about 30 minutes). Add chopped dill and give a stir. Close the lid and let it sit for 10-15 minutes. Serve with either yogurt or garlic yogurt. Enjoy!!!


Sweet Pumpkin

1 kg pumpkin 2-3 cups sugar ½ cup walnuts or pecans

thickened cream (optional)

Cut and clean the pumpkin. Place them in a large pot and spread the sugar. Let them stand for 3-4 hours. After you see the sugar dissolved, place the pot on a low-medium heat and cook for 40-50 minutes until the pumpkins are darken in color. The water should be mostly drained. When they are cooled; garnish them with thickened cream, walnuts, pecans or any kind of nuts. ENJOYď Š


Stuffed eggs with crab meat 150g crab meat, 6eggs, mayonnaise 100g parsley leaves, salt and pepper.

Boil eggs and cool. Peel the shell and cut the eggs in half, remove the egg yolk. Egg yolk slightly mash with a fork, add the mayonnaise, sliced ​crab meat. Add salt and pepper. Take the egg white halves and to comply with the finished egg, crab mixture. Sprinkle with herbs and serve.


Cold beet soup with yogurt(kefir) 500 g pickled beets 1 liter of yogurt 1 long cucumber 200-300 g sausage 2 hard-boiled eggs green spring onions dill salt pepper

Chopped dill, green spring onions, cut sausage, cucumber, boiled eggs. All mixed together with yogurt, salt, pepper and cooled in the refrigerator. If you like strong taste, mix a teaspoon of mustard.


“Mona de Pascua” (1/2)

Ingredients (Serves 6 to 8) 4 whole eggs + 2 egg whites beaten 3/4 cup sugar 1 1/3 cup flour 1/3 cup crushed almonds 1 tbsp yeast 1/4 cup butter Garnishing: Powdered sugar Colorful candied sprinkles or dry fuit

Beans omelette Ingredients 4 whole eggs 200 gr of beans Olive oil Salt

Recipe: Heat olive oli in a pan. Add the beans. Cook in low temperature. Beat the eggs. Add some salt. Take the beans out of the pan, drain the oil and add them to the eggs. Heat the pan with 2 spoons of oil. Pour the mix into the pan. Cook the omelette in medium heat on both sides.


Fruit salad (with oranges from Castellon) Ingredients 2 apples. 1\4 watermelons 1\4 pineapple 4 strawberries Oranges from Castellon Recipe 1. Wash the fruits. 2. Peel all fruit. 3. Cut all the fruit. 4. Put the fruit in a bowl and some orange juice above.

STRING BEANS WITH OLIVE OIL A GREEK FOOD

Ingredients •1300gr.string beans •1 small cup of olive oil •3-4 onions •4-5 tomatoes Salt, black pepper, some leaves of parsley We clean the string beans and cut them in pieces. We put them in a bowl with water and leave them in it for a while to be cleaned. We add the olive oil in a pot and we cut the onions in small pieces.We add the onion in the pot and put it on the stove We cut the tomatoes in small pieces and add them in to the pot.We add some water ,the parsley, after we have cut it in pieces some pepper,salt then we put the styring beans in the pot and leave it on the stove for an hour. Our food is ready.We can eat it with feta cheese. Good apetite!


Greek salad called “horiatiki�

Ingredients 2 tomatoes 1 cucumber 1 green pepper Few olives,olive oil,salt,oregano and of course Greek feta cheese

We wash our vegetables and cut the tomatoes in small pieces.We clean the cucumber and cut it too and add them in a bowl. Clean and cut the pepper and add it over the two other vegetables that we have already put in the bowl.we do the same with the onion. Add the olives the salt add the piece of feta cheese above all these and last add the oregano and the olive oil.
