Going Greek at Lucky Boy Restaurant Lucky Boy Restaurant in Lawrence has been a Five Towns staple for 27 years. Established in 1985, this small restaurant gives a warm feel of dining at home with an accommodating staff and classic Greek comfort dishes with a twist. The restaurant’s appetizers range from $5.95 to $9.95 and include traditional choices like green salad, Dolmades (stuffed grape leaves) and Greek Feta with olives. If you’re feeling more adventurous, Lucky Boy offers a grilled Halloumi appetizer, a semi-soft cheese that is similar to mozzarella and grilled to perfection for $8.95. Traditional Greek fare reminiscent of Manhattan food carts includes sandwiches stuffed with Souvlaki, Gyro meat and sausage. Lucky Boy’s gyro meat is deliciously seasoned and carved from a vertical cone-shaped rotisserie. All sandwiches cost $6.95. Lucky Boy has a full menu filled with entrees that range from pasta with grilled vegetables and salmon ($15.95) to sliced steak on garlic toast ($12.95) to fried Calamari over Greek salad ($14.95). Sunday, June 3 NBC Special: 2012 Miss USA Pageant: NBC 9:00 p.m. Airing live from the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Andy Cohen and Giuliana Rancic will co-host the 61st annual Miss USA Pageant for the second straight year. Miss USA travels the nation as an advocate for breast and ovarian cancer awareness, education, research and legislation. Each contestant from all 50 states and the District of Columbia will be judged in three categories: swimsuit, evening gown and interview. Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted: Rated PG. In the third movie of the Madagascar series, following Madagascar and Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa, the four Central Park Zoo animals that originally escaped the zoo in the first movie in 2005 are still fighting to get home to the Big Apple. The foursome has now ended up in Europe where they try to escape animal control by joining a traveling circus in hopes of getting back to the States. Alex the Lion, Marty the Zebra, Gloria the Hippo and Melman the Giraffe’s adventure began when they were unexpectedly shipped back to Africa from the Central Park Zoo. Their journey ended abruptly when the animals ended up shipwrecked on the island of Madagascar. The first movie follows the group through their attempts to get off of Madagascar. Boarding a plane and travelling into the second movie, the escaped zoo animals end up crash-landing in Africa. The
