2nd As an alternative to the whisk, you can use a Minipimer. Leave the mixture rest for 10-15 minutes, so that the powder elements melt properly.

4th Once the Soft serve machine has reached the serving temperature, extract a portion of Soft Ice Cream and taste it!

Now, it’s time to put the mixture in the machine tank. Use the wisk to blend the mixture one more time and then pour it into the Soft serve machine and start production.

Ice Cream Sticks STEP by STEP! 1st Extract Frozen Yogurt (or Soft Ice Cream) drectly into the silicon molds.
2nd Use a flat spatula to distribute ice cream in the molds and remove excess product.
3rd Insert the wooden sticks into the appropriate slots and put the molds into the blast freezer for at least 30 minutes.
Extract each ice cream stick from the mold and place on a baking tin covered with baking paper.
5th Take each ice cream on the side of the stick and dip it in the chocolate coating to cover it with a crunchy glaze. Expose the ice cream in the showcase and wait at least 30 minutes before serving.

Ice Cream Cakes STEP by STEP! 1st Create a base for your cake into a steel mold. For the Cheesecake recipe you see in photo, we used a classic butter cookies crumbled and mixed with melted butter. Put the base in the blast freezer for at least 30 minutes, so as to make it compact.
2nd Take out the steel mold from the blast freezer. Pour Frozen Yogurt (or Soft Ice Cream) directly inside the molds.

4th Pick up the cake from the blast freezer and remove the steel mold. To do this, it might be useful a Culinary Torch to heat the outer edge of the mold and allow a gentle removal without damaging the cake. Now, glaze the cake pouring over a Variegating sauce and store it for at least 30 minutes in the blast freezer before exposing it in the showcase.

Using a steel spatula distribute uniformly the ice cream, leaving the surface smooth. Put the cake in the blast freezer for at least 30 minutes.
