Christian Thiry
Valérie Thiry
Connu pour son franc-parler, notamment lorsqu'il s'agit de dénoncer les blocages administratifs liés aux autorisations de construire et la rigidité du droit du travail, Christian Thiry, 64 ans, a démarré sa carrière dans une entreprise de travaux publics en France avant de rejoindre en 1976 Karp-Kneip. Il en est aujourd'hui administrateur. Il détient aussi des participations dans la société de nettoyage ABSC et préside le Groupement des entrepreneurs du bâtiment et des travaux publics, affilié à la Fedil. Grand défenseur de l'entrepreneuriat luxembourgeois, Christian Thiry est particulièrement fier des grands projets urbains qui ont vu le jour ces dernières années, du Kirchberg à EschBelval, et qui ont été réalisés par des entreprises de construction luxembourgeoises.

Camille Thommes est le directeur général de l'ALFI depuis 2007. Avant de travailler au sein de l'ALFI, Camille Thommes était responsable du service des fonds d'investissement de la BCEE, après y avoir occupé différents postes de direction au sein du service des titres et de la conservation. Il a commencé sa carrière professionnelle en 1986 au sein de la BGL (désormais BGL BNP Paribas). Il siège dans plusieurs comités consultatifs de la CSSF et est membre du Haut Comité de la place financière. Il représente l'ALFI au sein du Comité de direction et du Conseil d'administration d'EFAMA et siège au Conseil d'administration de PROFIL SA et de XBRL asbl. Camille Thommes a une maîtrise en économie de l'Université Louis Pasteur de Strasbourg, un diplôme de la London Business School et a effectué des stages à Londres et à New York.
Stan Torba's career started in HR for the banking sector. After a few years he joined the big 4 environment where he rose rapidly through the ranks. Working in Deloitte in 1998, he became a partner before joining Andersen/Ernst & Young in 2002 to recreate and further expand the same activity. In the same year, he launched a new business line for the company, that of "Business Support". Regulatory changes related to the independence of audit firms gave him the opportunity for a management buyout in 2004. The company IQ Solutions was born. With the back-up of his team, Stan Torba extended the scope of business support. For over than 10 years, they have been providing consulting advisory services, recruitment and compliance and collaborating with clients in the fund industry and banking sector, through providing expertise and operational solutions.

Mark Tluszcz is the co-founder and CEO of Mangrove. After growing up between Africa and Egypt, he went to university in the US. He spent the first 10 years of his professional life at Arthur Andersen meanwhile investing personally into several small businesses. Mark Tluszcz launched his firm in 2000 on the belief that talent is everywhere and that entrepreneurs are the real stars. He spends his time traveling extensively across the globe looking for the next big thing. He is interested in weird ideas. In fact, the weirder, the better. He engages with entrepreneurs who want to disrupt the norm and change the world. Passionate about Africa, cars, football and wine, he lives with his family between Luxembourg and Barcelona, where he produces his own cava. Mark Tluszcz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Eckerd College, St. Petersburg, Florida.
Having a professional background as a lawyer, Olivier Toth had the opportunity to make his passion also his profession. A passionate musician and music aficionado since his youth, he became CEO of the Rockhal when it opened in 2005. As CEO and head of booking he succeeded in implementing the venue on the roadmaps of most major touring productions and developed SONIC VISIONS, Luxembourg's international showcase festival and music conference. Olivier Toth is also a founding board member of Luxembourg's music export office music:LX, chairman of the Music Managers Forum (MMF) Luxembourg and Executive Director of the IMMF, the International Music Managers Forum.

Titulaire d'un doctorat en droit de l'Université de Paris II, Françoise Thoma, 47 ans, fait ses premières armes entre 1994 et 1998 comme avocate chez Bonn & Schmitt, avant de travailler comme référendaire à la Cour de justice de l'Union européenne. Elle entre à la Spuerkeess en 1999, au service juridique, elle est nommée secrétaire générale en 2004, puis devient la première femme à entrer au comité de direction en 2009. En juin 2016, elle succède à Jean-Claude Finck en tant que directeur général. Également membre du Conseil d'État entre 2000 et 2015 (elle a terminé son mandat en tant que vice-présidente de l'institution), elle est aussi assistant-professeur à l'Université du Luxembourg.
