Thefull-heightturnstileisdesignedforuseinexternalentrancestoAdministrative Centre,IndustrialComplexesandMilitaryEstablishmentswherehighquality,combined withhighsecurityfullheightbarriersarerequired.

Anallweldedsteelrotorwithstraightarmsrunsinaphosphorbronzebearingatthe topendandsupportedbyaballandconebearingatthebase.

3)Whenthecontrolboardreceivesopensignal,theLEDdirectionindicatorturns togreenarrow.Thesolenoidpullofftoopen.Therodofrotationwillbe unlock.

4)Thepersonnelcanpushtherodto90or120degreetopassthrough.

5)Whenthepositionsensordetecttherotorinplace.Itwillsendclosesignalto controlboard,thesolenoidlockimmediately.Therotorwillbebacktozero position.TheLEDwillturntoRedCross.

Afterpoweredonthecontrolboard,theLCDscreendisplaysthedefaultstate, whichdisplaysthetimesofexitandenter.

Thereare5operationbuttonsonthecontrolpanel:“Menu”,“Up”,“Down”, “Enter”and“Esc”.

“Menu”toentermenusetting; “Up”tomoveupthemenuitems; “Down”tomovedownthemenuitems; “Enter”toenterthemenuitemsettingorconfirmthecurrentmodifiedvalue; “Esc”toreturntothepreviousmenuorcancelthecurrentoperation.

10.Installation

10.1.InstallationNote

ClearHeightAminimumfloortoceilingheightof2600mmmustbeprovidedto allowsufficientheadroomforerectionandsubsequentmaintenanceoperations.

ConduitConduitcarryingcablesforPowerandControl.Buriedunderthefloorand leadtothegate.Twoconduitsarerequirednormally,oneforthepowersupply,the otherfortheControlordatasignals.

ConduitroutedunderfloormustbesitedaccuratelyasshownonSitePreparations Diagram.Pleasenotethatthestandardlocationsindicatedshouldbeutilizedwhere possible.Werecommendtheuseof20mmdiameterPVC.

Asecondconduitshouldbeprovided,separatefromthatforthepowersupply,for anyremotecontrolordatacablingrequirements.Unitscontrolledfromsimple remoteswitches,suchaspushbuttons/footswitchesetc.shouldbeprovidedwith eitherafour-corecableifbi-directionalcontrolisspecified,ortwin-coreif un-directionalSuchcablesshouldbeofminimumconductorsize05mmsqandlaid intheconduitwitha4meterstailleft

ConcretefloorIthastobeconcretefloortomakethesurethegateistightlyfixed. Thebrick,orasphaltfloorissubstandardfloor.Thegripstrengthofsuchfloorisnot enoughtofixthegatetightly.Andthefloorhastobeflat.

10.2.InstallationSteps

(1)Assemblethegatesbasedonthesequencenumberinthebelowdrawing.

(2)Markthefixingpositionofexpansionboltsaccordingtofixingplateonthe bottomofeachturnstile.

(3)Movethegateoutofexpansionboltslocation.Drillholebyimpactdrill,fix expansionscrews.

(4)Assemblethegatesagain

(5)Tightentheexpansionscrewafterthefunctionaltestiscompleted.

11.1.Troubleshooting

Q1:Whenaccessboardsendopensignal,armmovereverseandindicatorshow reverse?

ProblemAnalysis:opensignalreverseconnection

Solution:exchangeL-opandR-opterminalofboard.

Q2:Indicatorisnotworking?

ProblemAnalysis:1.Wiresloose;2.Indicatororboarddamage.

Solution:1.Checkconnectwireofindicator;2.Replaceindicatororboard.

Q3:Armcannotpushwhenavalidopensignalissentandindicatorshowgreen?

ProblemAnalysis:1.Thedriverboardisdamaged;

2.solenoidisdamaged.

Solution:

1.UseawiretoshortcircuitL-oporR-opwithGND(theopensignal),andthento seewhetherthereisoutputopensignalornotIfyes,themainboardisokIfnot,the mainboardisdamaged,replacethemainboard.

2Ifthemainboardworksfinebutthesolenoiddidn'tpulloffThesolenoidisnot working.Replacethesolenoid.

Q4:Severalpassengerscanpassafterreadingonecardonetime?

ProblemAnalysis:

1.Thelimitswitchdoesn’ttouchthescrewcap(onrightside)whiletheturn platerotatingsothatthedriverboarddoesnotreceiveaclosingsignal(Oritalready touchthescrewcap,butthereisstillnosignalreceived).

2.Thecontrolboardisprovidedwithadelayfunction.Thatistosay,whenthe driverboardreceivestheclosingsignal,itstillwon’tcloserightnowbecauseofthe delaytime.

3.Themiddlelockleverofthesquareelectromagnetjammedsothatit’snot telescopicandsensitive.

4.Thedriverboarddamaged.

Solution:

1Adjustpositionofthelimitswitchandthescrewcap(ontherightside),thehex screwsoflimitswitchcanmovearoundtobelooser,sothattheycancontactedPlum gearsinplace(Checkthelineoflimitswitchorreplacethelimitswitch)

2.Thenumberofdelayonthecontrolboardcanbesettozero.

3Replacethesquareelectromagnet

4.Replacethedriverboard.

Q5：Itishardtopushtheshaftrotation?

●Fastenandlubricatetheinternalmovementstructure;

●Checkthedustofthedriverboardandmakeitcleans;

●Checktheconnectorsandwiringpointstoensurethereliabilityofthe connection;

●Checkthebearingsatthebottomoftheshaft.

11.2.2.MaintenanceMethods:

●Cleaning:Checkthehousingandcardreaderpanelsofthegate,andremove thedustandotherdirttomakethemclean;wiperustinhibitortokeep stainlesssteelbright

●RustremovalandLubrication:Checkthemovementofremoverustwithsand paperandspreadwithanti-rustoilifcorroded

●Screwsfastening:Checktheconnectionofthevariousmovingparts,fastenthe screwswheretheyareloosetoavoidcausingfaultforlong-running.

●Cleaningthebearingsatthebottomoftheshaftandaddgrease.

●Circuitboardcleaning:Cutoffthepower,andwipedustoftheboardbyusinga cleanbrush.

●CablesChecking:Checktheconnectingcablesandsolderreinforcementifthey arelooseoff.
