In the XXI century there have been major changes not only in the social, economic, political and cultural scene but in education, tempered by the advent of currents that seek to transcend modernism and postmodernism, to merge in a transmodern socioculture mutates and constantly evolving under the influence of globalization and information management. Culturally societies have mutated and the world of science and its profound implications for education also, where it can no longer be reduced further training to mere instrumental rationality and fragmenting reality, rather on the contrary this era demands a comprehensive view of the life, an awakening of collective awareness, recognition of the history and impact of globalization and information and communications technology in education especially university, with its consequent philosophical bases, technological, educational and education beyond the academic staff; not only glimpse the exercise of innovative practices tecnologizando spaces but renewing construction schemes, exchange and sharing of knowledge, humanizing and innovating teaching in an era steeped in emerging educational diversity. It is precisely this context, what motivated this essay which aims to outline the horizon before a transmodern university educational vision; recognizing a critical and reflexive knowledge and knowledge they have different ways of gestate.
