War can never be the answer It is a curse to humanity The pain, the suffering The innocent blood shed The cries, the sorrow The destruction, the fear Can you hear it? Can you see it? Can you feel it? It is heartbreaking Knowing that nothing else Can be done from my end But to plead and pray That war comes to an end That humanity sees and feels And knows what peace can be So please join me in this plea As we just pray for peace To reign through our lands.
