We’re Mandy Roberson and Caitlin Kruse, the founders of Magic Playbook, where we offer monthly activity subscriptions that are chock full of seasonal, screen-free activities for kids ages 2-6.
But most importantly, we’re both moms to 3 beautiful children each. We understand first-hand the power of play on a child’s development.
Pretend play sparks imagination, allowing all little ones to explore unlimited possibilities and envision a world where they can be anything they choose.

ORDERING & PAYMENT
$150 minimum for opening orders
$100 minimum for reorders
Minimum of 6 per sku
Orders may be submitted by email. To request a wholesale account or place an order, email wholesale@magicplaybook.com. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
PRICES & PACK QUANTITIES
All prices are listed in US dollars, and are subject to change without notice. Existing customers will be notified of any changes in pricing prior to their order being shipped.
TURNAROUND TIME
Our typical turnaround is 3-5 business days, however turnaround times may be longer if an item is a pre-order. Dates for pre-orders are estimations and given at placement of order.
SHIPPING
All shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment, and will be included on your final invoice. For international accounts, all shipping fees and import/export costs are covered by the retailer, and are not included in the ship costs. Magic Playbook is not responsible for carrier delays.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We ask that any cancellations or changes to your order be submitted by email or phone within 24

Items may not be advertised (online, or in print) for less than 25% of the suggested retail price.
BACKORDERS
Certain products may be out of stock. You will be notified if any items you have ordered are backordered and if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it immediately.
PACKAGING
All products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed and packaged sets may not be broken up and sold individually. If bar codes are a requirement for your store, please mention this at the time of ordering.
ONLINE RETAILERS
If you are selling online, credit to Magic Play Book, must be given in the product description, and suggested retail prices are to be observed. Resale of Magic Playbook products on eBay, ETSY, Amazon, or other similar platforms is not permitted.
TERMS
Retailers must agree to our wholesale terms, and we respectfully reserve the right to terminate any wholesale accounts that are not in compliance.
