As this pandemic subsides and crowd gatherings are deemed safe, BBQ Pitmasters and Judges are returning to their favorite pastimes. A number of competitions have already been sanctioned by the Kansas City Barbeque Society (KCBS) in Alabama and Mississippi, and I have been selected to judge in several of these competitions.
