MM+A has a very accomplished team of designers. Our lead designer is Michelle Meredith, founder and owner. With more than 30 years of experience, Michelle’s portfolio includes noteworthy projects from across the globe. She has worked alongside top designers, architects, and engineers on some of the best hotels and celebrity status residences in the world. Michelle values commitment to excellence and interprets the client’s overall vision into design responses for our team of professionals. On all projects, she oversees and coordinates concept design, space planning, design development, selection, specification, purchasing of all FF&E/ artwork and accessories, construction administration and installation. Outside of work, Michelle loves yoga, ballroom dancing, the outdoors, and playing with her bichon frise, Oliver.
Sandy Megahan is an interior designer with over 25 years of experience working for one of the top interior design firms in the United States. Her talent and natural intuition for place, character and time, result in authentic, sophisticated and edited solutions. She is fastidious in the process of design, and values effective communication, and thorough documentation. She has lived a diverse American life, both in New York City, and far west Texas. Her early exposure to travel in Europe has given her a unique perspective, and depth of understanding. A life long equestrian, Sandy is never far from her beloved bay ‘Louie’. Her diverse portfolio includes Gaylord Texan, Four Seasons Kingdom Center Riyadh, Opryland Orlando, Sol y Sambra Santa Fe, and Sheraton Atlantic City.

Mark Hopper AIA, NCARB, Conceptual Architect
With many prestigious hotel and restaurant projects under his belt, Mark is invaluable to MM+A with his creativity, passion for the details, and code knowledge across the design spectrum. His quick artistic, free-handed perspective sketches assist our clients to visualize the potential design solutions to their projects. We work directly with Mark’s production staff to create our construction documentation packages in Revit or CAD along with 3D modeling for our clients. We love Mark, what not to love...did we mention, he plays drums for his neighborhood band and supports trumpet4kids - a charity organization to keep music programs in the school system.
