THE GRILL ROOM The Grill Room is memorable for its Special Grilled Cuts cooked in a woodfired-oven, accompanied by a fine wine. The restaurant is the new jewel in the hotel's ornate crown and a great dining option for romantic dinners, ensconced in refined elegance, supplemented by an eclectic menu and topped off with stunning views of the Mediterranean.
On nominated evenings, the gentle gurgle of incoming waves combines with live music from the hotel’s resident duo to provide a nautical touch.
