S we age, proper skin care becomes more important than ever. Dermatologists say our skin loses elasticity and becomes saggy in our forties and fifties. However, all skin types are not the same. Also, many factors contribute to skin issues as we age. The environment, the type of food we eat and how hydrated we keep our body are some of the contributing factors. Having a regular skin care regiment is a good idea however, it can be as simple as washing your face twice a day and making sure to drink at leaset the daily recommended amount of water each day.
